Longue Vue House and Gardens   
7 Bamboo Road. On the 1st Sunday of every month, free admission for Louisiana families. Bring a picnic, explore the children’s Discovery Garden, and stroll the gardens. Reservations required. longuevue.com. 1–5 pm.

Audubon Zoo

Free Admission to NOMA    
One Collins Diboll Circle, City Park. Each Wednesday, Louisiana residents receive free admission to the New Orleans Museum of Art, courtesy of The Helis Foundation. noma.org. 10 am–5 pm.  

Botanical Garden    
5 Victory Ave. Each Wednesday, Louisiana residents receive free admission to the New Orleans Botanical Garden, courtesy of The Helis Foundation. neworleanscitypark.com/botanical-garden. 10 am–8 pm.

Audubon Aquarium of the Americas    
1 Canal St. On the 1st Thursday of each month, Orleans Parish residents with ID proof of residency get free admission with up to four guests to Audubon Aquarium of the Americas. audubonnatureinstitute.org. 10 am–5 pm.    

Free Admission to Ogden Museum
